Session 1: What do we mean by voice? What is it?

Session 2: Check-in surrounded by safety

Session 3: Finding the voice – what do we do to find our voice?

Session 4: Making it real by giving our voice specific or definite form

Session 5: Learning baby steps and giving our voice permission to come out and play

Session 6: Listening to someone who is still learning but has found her voice
